Eric M. Ferrouillet

Mr. Eric M. Ferrouillet is the owner of the Law Office of Eric M. Ferrouillet, LLC and has been a practicing attorney for over 30 years.  Mr. Ferrouillet specializes in personal injury litigation and general civil practice.  He has handled hundreds of personal injury cases with a reputation for having never lost a case in court.

As noted in the list of notable cases outlined here, he has successfully litigated several cases to million dollar plus judgments or settlements.  Additionally, he is noted by Martindale-Hubbell as having a sterling reputation for honesty and professionalism.

In addition to his significant experience with personal injury litigation, early on as a lawyer, Mr.  Ferrouillet had served with the New Orleans Legal Assistance Corporation with duties including oversight, litigation, and administration. During his tenure with the New Orleans Legal Assistance Corporation, Mr. Ferrouillet handled various class action lawsuits on behalf of the community, including the monitoring of the expenditure of federal funds designated to serve low-to moderate income residents.  He has served on the Board of Directors of the New Orleans Legal Corporation and was appointed by the Louisiana Supreme Court to serve as ad hoc judge in Juvenile Court in New Orleans.

A lifetime resident of New Orleans, Mr. Ferrouillet holds a Juris Doctorate from Loyola University Law School in New Orleans, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, and is an honor graduate of St. Augustine High School. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Louisiana Association for Justice and the Greater New Orleans Louis A. Martinet Legal Society.
